1. Return Eligibility
   Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
2. Return Request Timeline
   Customers must raise a return or refund request within 7–10 days from the date of delivery.
3. Condition of Products
   Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return.
4. Non-Returnable Items
   Customized, altered, or stitched products are not eligible for return or refund.
5. Refund Process
   Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.
6. Return Shipping
   Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or wrong item delivered by Amma Fashions.
